Kennix has been appointed as an executive director since 2017 and is also one of the controlling shareholders. He manages the Group's internal operations, including legal affairs, compliance, settlement and clearing, IT, and risk management. As part of the group's efforts to be listed on Hong Kong Exchange in 2018, he has been involved in different projects and developments and recently deploying virtual asset related businesses, helping Victory Securities to become the first financial group granted by the SFC for the provision of the full spectrum of virtual asset dealing and advisory services. Kennix Chan is currently the RO for Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities of theCompany as approved by the SFC.

Fion is a seasoned financial services executive with over 30 years of experience in the securities and futures industry, possessing extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Group, she is responsible for formulating and executing the Group's strategic development, overseeing overall operations, and ensuring robust supervision. Leveraging her profound industry background and leadership experience, Ms. NG actively contributes to public and industry services, holding roles such as Member of the Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Member of the Process Review Panel of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), and Director and Vice Chairperson of The Hong Kong Securities Association, continuously driving progress in the financial sector.
