Notice on Market Closure Arrangements for Hong Kong Stocks and Cross-Border Trading During the 2026 Buddha's Birthday Holiday

In accordance with the holiday trading arrangements announced by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) and the relevant Mainland exchanges, the trading schedule for Hong Kong stocks, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect during the Buddha's Birthday statutory holiday will be arranged as follows:

• May 25, 2026 (Monday): Hong Kong stock market, Shanghai Connect (Northbound), Shenzhen Connect (Northbound), and Stock Connect (Southbound) (collectively referred to as "Hong Kong Stocks and Stock Connect") will be closed for the entire day. Trading will be suspended.

• May 26, 2026 (Tuesday): Hong Kong Stocks and Stock Connect will resume normal trading.

Important Note: Investors are kindly advised to pay close attention to the aforementioned holiday schedule and manage your funds and positions in advance to mitigate potential market risks associated with the market closure.
