Beginner's Guide
Crypto Withdrawal Process
"Crypto Deposit" refers to transferring Virtual Assets from Victory VA Account to an external platform (like a personal wallet).
Step1：Select Currency and Withdrawal Network
In VictoryX, go to "Trade" →"All"→ "Crypto D&W" → "Withdrawal Crypto." Select the virtual asset you wish to withdraw and the corresponding blockchain network. The system will display your added and verified wallet addresses.
Step2: Address and Withdrawal Amount
To proceed with a withdrawal, you must have a sufficient balance of the selected currency in your Virtual Asset Account and a successfully verified address. After selecting the address and entering the withdrawal amount, complete the security verification (Mobile SMS + Trading Password) to submit the request. Please note that the actual amount received will be the total amount net of transaction fees.
Step3: Wait for Confirmation and Completion
Upon submission, the system will review your withdrawal request. Once approved, the system will immediately initiate the on-chain transfer. You can track the real-time status of your withdrawal under "Application Records."
Important Notes
- VictoryX currently only supports withdrawals to personal wallets; please do not withdraw to wallets of centralized exchanges.
- Ensure that the currency, blockchain network, and withdrawal address match perfectly.
- Any discrepancy in the information provided may lead to the permanent and irrecoverable loss of your virtual assets.
