Beginner's Guide

Crypto Deposit Process

"Crypto Deposit" refers to the process of transferring virtual assets from other platforms (such as personal wallets or other virtual asset exchanges) to your virtual asset account at VictoryX via a blockchain network. Once completed, the assets will be credited to your VictoryX account and can be used for trading or other operations.

Step1: Select Coin and Network

Select the following in sequence: "Trade" → "All" → "Crypto D&W" → "Deposit Crypto".

Select the Coin you wish to deposit and its corresponding blockchain network.

The system will display a dedicated deposit wallet address applicable only to that specific currency and network.

Step2: Obtain the Victory Address

The procedure varies depending on whether you are using a new or previously used address: A. Depositing via a Verified Address Select the desired address directly from the list, and the app will display the VictoryX recipient address. Copy the Victory Address,

then paste it into your external wallet to initiate the transfer.

B. Depositing via a New Address

To confirm that you are the owner of the address, you must first complete a small-amount verification process:

Enter the amount you intend to deposit within the app
The system will generate a precise "Final Deposit".
Ensure you transfer the exact "Final Deposit" from your external wallet to the Victory Address.
Once the transfer is successful, the address is verified, and the full "Final Deposit" will be credited to your virtual asset account

Step3: Wait for Review and Crediting

Crypto deposits at VictoryX require both blockchain network confirmation and a security audit. It typically takes some time

before the record appears in your "Application Records".

Tips

Due to the technical nature of BTC addresses, small-amount verification is required for every BTC deposit, regardless of
whether the address has been previously verified.
During the verification process, you must use a personal crypto wallet address (transfers from exchange wallets are not accepted) and follow the "Final Deposit" instruction exactly;
otherwise, the deposit will fail.
If a deposit fails, you will need to submit refund details in the app so we can arrange for the return of your funds.
