IPO Subscription

What is initial public offering (IPO)? An initial public offering (IPO) refers to the process of offering shares of a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. An IPO allows a company to raise capital from public investors. The transition from a private to a public company can be an important time for private investors to fully realize gains from their investment as it typically includes a share premium for current private investors. Meanwhile, it also allows public investors to participate in the offering.

How can I check an IPO Prospectus and Allotment Results?
  Clients may check their IPO subscription results on the Refund Date (typically the business day immediately preceding the listing date) by logging into the online trading platform.
  If your application is successful, the allotted shares and any refunded capital will be credited to your account during trading hours (before 3:30 PM) on the Refund Date. Please log in to your account for the latest balance update.
  If you have registered a valid mobile number with your account, a notification regarding your allotment results will be sent to you via SMS on the Refund Date.
  You may also contact your dedicated Relationship Manager to inquire about your subscription status.

IPO Subscription Process

You can subscribe to New Shares (IPOs) by navigating to the "Market" tab in the VictoryX App and selecting "Securities." Please take note of the Victory Internal Cut-off Times, which occur one business day prior to the official HKEX closing date:
