How do I deposit funds into Victory Securities? Victory Securities supports a wide range of deposit methods, including sDDA (Instant Deposit), FPS (Faster Payment System), Online Banking Transfer, ATM/Counter Deposit, Cheque, and Virtual Asset Sub-account Transfers. Once the transfer is complete, please notify us by submitting your Remittance Advice (which must clearly display the account holder's name, full bank name, and account number) via the VictoryX App, WhatsApp at (+852) 5498 9438, or email at setl@victorysec.com.hk. Which currencies are supported for deposits? We support HKD, USD, and CNH (Offshore RMB).

Victory Securities supports HKD, USD, and CNH (Offshore RMB).
Once funds are credited to your Victory Securities account, we support real-time currency conversion at highly competitive rates comparable to interbank market quotes.

Is there a minimum deposit requirement? There is currently no general minimum deposit. However, for the initial funding of a previously unregistered bank account, a minimum of HKD 10,000 is required for identity verification purposes.

How long does it take for the funds to reflect in my account after submitting proof of deposit? Upon receiving your remittance advice, we will proceed with the verification and reconciliation. Once the settlement is complete, an email notification regarding your Daily Statement will be sent to you. You may then log in to your account to view the updated balance. *Note: Our daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM (HKT) on business days. Proof of deposit submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Why was my deposit delayed or returned? For delays: Please note our daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM (HKT) on business days. Instructions submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day. For returned deposits: Please contact your remitting bank directly for further inquiry.
