The Company hereby issues the following clarification statement regarding the recently discovered impersonation and infringement incident to set the record straight.
 

Recently, the Company has identified multiple unauthorized accounts and chat groups on various online communication and social media platforms. These include accounts on "rednote" under the usernames "Theresia" (ID: 5338589254), " Theresiablock", and "小红薯690EB46A", as well as a chat group named "业务咨询群". Additionally, accounts on "Telegram" under the handles "勝利證券", "大白課堂總群", "大白課堂", and "為您而開勝利之門" have been discovered. These accounts have not been registered, operated, or authorized by the Company in any form, nor are they managed by any of the Company’s employees, Account Executives (AEs), or authorized representatives. Upon verification, these accounts have been found to be engaged in serious infringing activities, specifically including: impersonating Company personnel; and the unauthorized publication of data, statistics, and information related to the Company. Such actions constitute a breach of regulatory disclosure requirements for financial institutions and violate the Company’s internal compliance policies.
 

In this regard, the Company solemnly declares:
 

1. Several accounts on "rednote" under the usernames " Theresia" (ID: 5338589254), " Theresiablock", and "小红薯690EB46A", as well as the chat group "业务咨询群", and accounts on "Telegram" named "勝利證券", "大白課堂總群", "大白課堂", and "為您而開勝利之門", are not officially recognized accounts of the Company. All content, statements, and activities published by these accounts are entirely unrelated to the Company and do not represent the Company’s stance or views in any capacity.
2. The information published by these accounts involves impersonation of the Company’s employees and the unauthorized disclosure of information. Such actions constitute a serious infringement of the Company’s legitimate rights and interests, violate relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules, and may mislead the public and our clients. The Company has filed formal complaints regarding this matter, demanding the immediate closure of the infringing accounts and the deletion of all non-compliant content. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against the responsible parties in accordance with the law.
    
3. The Company strictly complies with SFC regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies. All public information is released through the Company’s official channels. No employee or partner may publish any information related to the Company on social media platforms without the Company’s formal authorization.
    
4. We sincerely advise our clients, partners, and the general public to remain vigilant and carefully verify the Company’s official channels to avoid being misled or incurring losses due to fraudulent accounts. Should you discover any accounts suspected of impersonating the Company or any unauthorized disclosure of Company information, please contact us immediately for verification.
