The Company hereby issues the following clarification statement regarding the recently discovered impersonation and infringement incident to set the record straight.

Recently, the Company has become aware of an account named “victorysec” on the Xiaohongshu platform. This account has not been registered, operated, or authorized by the Company in any form, nor is it managed by any employee, Account Executive (AE), or authorized representative of the Company. Upon verification, the account has engaged in serious infringing acts, including: impersonating employees of the Company, with an account name highly similar to the Company’s official name and abbreviation, which is likely to cause public confusion; and arbitrarily publishing unauthorized materials, data, and information related to the Company, in violation of regulatory requirements for information disclosure of financial institutions and the Company’s internal compliance policies.

In this regard, the Company solemnly declares:

1. The account “victorysec” is not an officially recognized account of the Company. All content, remarks, and actions posted by this account are in no way associated with the Company and do not represent any position or viewpoint of the Company.
2. The impersonation and unauthorized information disclosure by this account have seriously infringed upon the Company’s legitimate rights and interests, violated relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules, and may mislead the public and clients. The Company has formally complained to the Xiaohongshu platform, requesting the immediate termination of the infringing account, deletion of relevant non-compliant content, and will pursue legal liability against the relevant perpetrators in accordance with the law.
3. The Company strictly complies with SFC regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies. All public information is released through the Company’s official channels. No employee or partner may publish any information related to the Company on social media platforms without the Company’s formal authorization.
4. We urge all clients, partners, and the public to exercise caution, carefully identify the Company’s official channels, and avoid being misled or suffering losses due to impersonating accounts. If you discover any account suspected of impersonating the Company or any act of unauthorized disclosure of the Company’s information, please contact the Company for verification in a timely manner.
