The Company hereby clarifies that it is not currently issuing, selling, or authorizing any digital tokens (Tokens) related to liquor commodity real world assets, including any tokens purporting to represent Sauce flavored Original Liquor Tokens Moutai-flavoured Raw Liquor, or other liquor-related assets. These products have no connection whatsoever with the Company, and the Company has never been involved in their issuance, promotion, or authorization.

In addition, recent information circulating on social media (such as X) and in the market regarding the alleged sale of Tokens by the Company on Polymarket is entirely untrue. The Company has never issued or sold any such Tokens through such platforms and has no related plans.

The Company reiterates that it will strictly comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of the SFC, and will only conduct issuances and release information through its official channels. No sales or fundraising will be carried out through third-party platforms, non-official social media accounts, or other unidentified channels.

The Company reminds customers and the public to remain vigilant and not to believe or participate in any information misusing the name of “Victory Securities” to promote Tokens on third-party platforms or social media. Such information is highly likely to involve fraudulent activities, and customers may suffer losses as a result. If any false propaganda or products misusing the Company's name are identified, please report them immediately to the SFC or the Company.
