Cash Account
Cash settlement, doesn`t involve any mortgage lending. The customers must have sufficient funds for first trading, and need to deposit sufficient funds for settlement in future transactions.
Custodian Account
It is also a kind of Cash account. The purpose of setting up this kind of account is for the customers who are trading frequently. There is no need to make settlement on T+2 days for every single trade , it will settle with the account balance and keep the balance rolling to next trading day.
Margin Account
It allows customer to purchase securities with margin financing. The loan in the account is collateralized by the securities and cash. If the value of the stock drops sufficiently, the account holder will be required to deposit more cash or sell a portion of the stock. Customer is not allow to open margin account without cash account or custodian account in our company.

Please note the fee will be waived for clients who is over 60 years old.

Client can choose to receive the electronic daily and monthly statement by registered email.
Staring from 1st Oct 2018, clients with registered email will activate the E-statement service automatically. When the electronic statements are available to be downloaded by clients, you will receive a notification email. Please click here to check your E-statement.
Please note daily combined statements are available to be downloaded within 3 months after its initial issuance date and montyly statements are available to be downloaded with 2 years after its month of issuance.
In addition, additional statement fee will be charged if the clients with E-statement service require hardcopy of the daily and monthly statements.

Please send us withdrawal notice by using the e-trade system、email or phone, and we will process the withdrawal request if received before 2:30 p.m. to your registered bank. And others received after 2:30 p.m. will be processed on next working day.
If the bank account is not registered, you need to fill the form of Withdraw Instruction Form .Withdrawal notice will be processed if received before 12:00 a.m.. Withdrawal notice will be processed on next working day if received after 12:00 a.m.
In special case, client can also visit our company for cash cheque withdraw, and the maximum amount is HKD50,000.

「Vic Token」is a software to receive your Two-Factor Authentication password instead of the SMS for E-trade, so please click here to go to each platform and download「Vic Token」:
1) Android Version : Go to Google Play and search “Vic Token” to download;
2) IOS Version : Go to App Store and search “Vic Token” to download;
This is totally free and if our old clients want to use this method to receive the Two-Factor Authentication instead of SMS , please contact our customer service department at (852) 2525 2437 or (86) 147 1501 7408.
Account will be blocked once the clients enter the wrong password over 5 times.
For resetting the password, please click here to receive the new password via email or you can also contact your customer service department at (852) 2525 2437 or (86) 147 1501 7408.

There are several conditions that may causing your orders are NOT accepted:
1. Your account does not have enough credit, cash or stock;
2. If you have made several buy orders, credit (or cash) will be deducted for these incomplete orders temporarily until these orders are cancelled;
3. You have made some trading orders in the pre-opening session. Please refer to the pre-opening instruction guide.
You can make your amendment after reconnect. Or just call our hotline 852-2525 2437. Note: the services doesn’t charge any fee.
